Diamond Women’s Support will endeavour to dispatch your order in 3-5 days.
Australia Post is our preferred carrier and is used unless stated otherwise. All orders will have tracking provided.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all shipping information is accurate and up to date.
Diamond Women’s Support will not be held responsible if orders are shipped to an incorrect address if that address is what was provided on the order.
If the order goes missing and Diamond Women’s Support can prove through tracking, the order was shipped to the address confirmed on the order, Diamond Women’s Support will not be liable for a replacement or a refund of the product(s) contained within the misplaced shipment.
All care has been taken to ensure the shipping charges are fair and accurate.
Australia Post dictates the expected delivery times; any changes to this are outside the control of Diamond Women’s Support and are subject to change without notice.
Return & Exchange Policy
Diamond Women’s Support will be pleased to offer you an exchange or refund providing the item is returned within 7 days of receiving the product which will be determined from tracking confirmation and the item is in a re-saleable condition (product is unused and in its original condition). If these requirements are not satisfied, Diamond Women’s Support reserves the right to refuse or accept returns/exchanges on the above items at our own discretion. Please note refunds will be issued using your original method of payment.
